MELT Into STARS – An Embodied Communication Workshop 
Improve skills and practice tracking energy, connection, and consent on and off the dance floor.
STARS is a simple and powerful relational framework that helps us speak the parts that are often left unspoken: Safety, Turn-ons, Avoids, Relationship Intentions/Expectations, and Sexual Health. When these conversations become embodied and intentional, chemistry deepens, consent becomes clearer, and connection becomes more nourishing and sustainable.
This is not a lecture.
This is a guided, experiential, community practice.

The Summoning - Every Third Sunday!
The Summoning at Sanctuary is a dark sensual dance journey! Pre-party classes at Portland Dance Studio start at 4:45 PM at The Oak Street Building at 232 SE Oak St, Portland, OR 97214. Then, pay at the door for The Summoning, featuring sensual dancing, starting at 6:00 PM at Sanctuary! Wear black. Singles & couples are welcome.

We invite you to engage in sensual dancing among mermaids, fairies, elves, and sorceresses at ELEMENTAL BLISS: a four-part mythology-infused dance series inspired by the four mystical elements! ELEMENTAL BLISS will unfold in four chapters, with each event centered around a unique elemental theme and community dress code, featuring ambient lighting and decadently danceable, thematic music.

Our events feature amazing DJs, instructors, performing artists, intimacy coaches, and consent practitioners in the dance community, all with clearly communicated boundaries in a non-sexual environment.

SENSUAL ECSTATIC DANCE has a mission to support you in choosing your own adventures in sensuality! Our events feature amazing DJs, instructors, performing artists, intimacy coaches, and consent practitioners in the dance community, all within clearly communicated boundaries in a non-sexual environment. Designed to be a low-pressure party, there will be a dancefloor, pampering tables, aphrodisiac treats, and beginner-friendly sensuality tastings! What will our community's offerings be? Tasting ideas include blindfolding, feathering, photographing, drawing, literature whisperings, and more! You can volunteer to offer something sensual at our event!
